Weekend Tents generally offer a reasonable amount of living space but the main reason why it is called a Weekend Tent is the fact that the tent is easy to set up. Weekend Tents offer some of the features and advantages of a Family Tent but just make life a lot easier when it comes to pitching. There are a selection of tents that can be used as a Family Tent as well as a Weekend Tent, this is because it isn't too difficult to pitch so could be used for a weekend but still offers great living space that a Family Tent would do.
