We currently only deliver to UK Mainland Only (England and Wales), please call 01244 682002 for prices outside UK Mainland
Our current delivery charges for UK mainland (England and Wales) are as follows:

Christmas Deliveries - Orders placed up to 11 am on Wednesday the 21st December 2011 will still qualify for next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will only be processed on Thursday the 5th January 2012.
Christmas Holidays - Please note Casey's will be closed from the 22nd December 2011 and opens in the New Year on the 5th January 2012.

We currently use FEDEX, items will normally be delivered within the timescales stated above. In many instances delivery will take placed as arranged but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. All deliveries must be signed for. If you would like items to be left with a neighbour or at an alternative address (work address), then please leave the relevant comments on the order but this will be at your own risk. Processing Your Order (Next Day option)
If your order is placed before 11.00am we will shall process the order the same day (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed after 11.00am will be processed the following day (Monday-Thursday). Any order placed on a Friday before 11.00 am will be processed that day but Saturday and Sunday will not be classed as working days. Any order placed on a Friday after 11.00 am will not be processed until Monday. Please note Bank Holidays will not be counted as a working day and orders will be processed the following day.
Extremely Heavy Items
Certain items may be subject to a delivery surcharge due to the item being extremely heavy, if this is the case you will advised of the charge prior to the checkout.
Ex Works Delivery Charges
All trailer tents, folding campers, convertible caravans and pop up caravans are subject to an 'ex works delivery charge'. This charge is not included in the price and you will be advised of the price prior to adding to your order. Please note the 'ex works delivery charge' is the charge to get the item from the manufacturers to our collection address and the item will not be delivered to you. When a trailer tent, folding camper, convertible caravan or pop up caravan has been purchased from us, you are then booked in at a convenient time to have a demo/handover on the product purchased. Collect from Store
If you are local you may wish to collect from our store, this can be arrange on many items and if available the option will be shown during the checkout. This option can be very useful for some people as they don't have to wait in for your order to arrive and save the delivery charge.
Delivery Times
Delivery will normally be made within the chosen delivery option. We will always endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but items are subject to availability and delivery of items can sometimes be out of our control and in the hands of a third party delivery company. The delivery times we specify are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If you require you require a definate next day or specific delivery we recommend you contact us to confirm this can be achieved. If we are out of stock of any items, we will contact you and advise you of the timescale and wether or not you would like us to send part of the orderor not. Please note if you wish not to wait for the items to be available we can offer you a refund.
Delivered Items Must be Signed for
Once items have been delivered, you are responsible for them. We can only deliver items to the address stated on the order, items will not be left without a signature. Once a signature has been obtained at the time of delivering the items, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the items must be brought to the attention of the delivery driver and noted as such.
Returns
Faulty Goods - If you find your item(s) to be faulty then please contact as soon as possible to discuss the nature of the fault. We can then take the appropiate action to sort out the replacement or repair as necessary. Most of our products carry a 12 months manufactures warranty. Please note wear and tear is not covered under the warranty conditions and nor is storm damage. If your tent devolops a manufacturers fault and needs to be returned to us, then the tent must be clean and dry. If a tent is sent to us not clean or dry you will be asked to collect and we will not be responsible for any costs. Please note that sometimes a tent may have to be sent away for repair or back to the manufactuers to determine the nature of the fault. If this is the case we will try to keep the time to minimum (please allow up to 28 days), or simply just give us a call to discuss.
Unwanted Goods - If you have ordered an item and you have changed your mind and want to return it to us, simply send it back to us within 7 days in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging and we'll arrange a refund excluding any delivery charges. If the item you wish to send back is a large bulky package you can always call us to arrange a collection for you. In most cases customers prefer to take the item to your local post office. Refunds - Once we have received the goods back, please allow upto 3 days for us to inspect the goods before we can issue a refund. When the refund has been processed at this end the funds can take a couple of days to show in your account depending on which bank. We will confirm to you when the refund has been done.
