Here at Casey's Outdoor Leisure we offer a fantastic range of Cool Boxes that are ideal for car jounreys. We have a range of Cool Boxes that are specifically designed to be a Car Cool Box and also other Cool Boxes that will still fill this need, by working off both 12V (cigarette lighter) and mains. The Car Cool Boxes that we offer here can also be converted to work off mains as well as 12V by a converter that we stock called the Waeco Y50. To run down the different Car Cool Boxes that run soley off 12V; TB-08, TB-15, U26, S32 and TF14.
The brand of Cool Boxes we supply are a company called Waeco, they are part of the Dometic group. Waeco Car Cool Boxes are extremely reliable and as you can see have a great choice of different Car Cool Boxes for whatever will suit your need.
As mentioned there are also Electric Cool Boxes that work off both 12V and Mains, so you can cool your items first from mains then plug the Cool Box into the cigarette lighter in the car to keep on cooling. In the 2011 Waeco Cool Box range that work off both 12V and Mains we have stocked the Waeco U32, W35 and the Waeco Q40. These Waeco Cool Boxes range between 32 and 40 litres makes more than enough room to keep lots of you food or drink in. All the Cool Boxes mentioned have their own innovative designs such as a multi-functional handle and easy transport due to wheels. They also range in what they can cool up to; from 18C up to 22C.
There is also a Waeco TropiCool range which are a set of Cool Boxes that work off both main and 12V, but the biggest feature of this range is what they can cool up to. Where most of the Cool Boxes already mentioned cool up to a maxiumum of 22C, the TropiCool range can cool up to 30C both on mains and 12V. The Waeco U26, S32, S16, TB-08 and TB-15 are all your Waeco Car Cool Boxes that run only off 12V, as mentioned, and they cool between 15C and 20C below the ambient temperature. All these Waeco Cool Boxes have innovative desgins that make them perfect for the long car journeys, keeping your drinks cool and refreshing. The Waeco TB-08 and Waeco TB-15 come in a small and compact size, not taking too much room up in the car and have features such as the ability to harness the Cool Box in place with a seat belt. The U26, S32 and S16 are ideal to place in the foot well behind the front seats of a car and have a lock systems which invloves the lid handle so that it doesn't fly open when unwanted.
